Arlene was an English instructor
at Grant MacEwan College, and has taught various types of writing courses
for 20 years. Arlene has a Master of Theological Studies degree from St.
Stephen's College and an MA in English from the University of Alberta and
is currently a pastor at First Mennonite Church.
