Lent is a wonderful time to allow the transforming power of the Holy Spirit to heal us—to be the people God longs for us to be. Through guided spiritual practices and prayer along with heart-warming and inspiring chant and song, Nancy and Linnea will invite us to open our hearts and minds to explore whatever it is that keeps us bound (e.g. habits, restrictions, unresolved grief, etc.). Participants will have as much or as little personal exploration and group participation as they wish.
